Indicator 'Area for reporting only' in ch.of dep. &2 is incorrect

Diagnosis
The indicator 'Area for reporting purposes only' can only be set for derived depreciation areas. This enables the system to create totals or differences from other, real depreciation areas, without having to run certain checks (such as the check for net book value).
