Deprec. area &1 in ch.of dep. &3 is not set for gross transfer posting

Diagnosis
Depreciation area does not post asset transfers as gross. It is, however, linked to area by the rules for the takeover of values.
Therefore the specifications for making transfers have to be the same in both depreciation areas.
