Diagnosis
You want to reset the Asset Accounting data for company code . This company code has already been designated as live in Financial Accounting. In addition, there is at least one transaction in Asset Accounting, for which a document (here: ) has been created.
System Response
Due to the integration of the system, you cannot delete the data for this company code from Asset Accounting.
Procedure
- If setting this company code to live in Financial Accounting is an error, you should change the setting in FI Customizing.
- Otherwise, you should analyze the situation with the help of your SAP consultant. If you reset the data, you risk inconsistency between the general ledger and the subsidiary ledger.
