Database access error during conver. of postng applictns in TR-LO Custom.

Diagnosis
A database access error occurred during conversion of the Customizing settings for "Flow types per posting application" in the TR-LO component (Treasury Loans).
As a result of this error, the Customizing settings after conversion are not consistent with those before conversion.
Procedure
If you are productive with the TR-LO component, check the Customizing settings for "Flow types per posting application" after the upgrade. Also refer to the IMG documentation.
You can also repeat the report program RFVDXPRA_TZB08_TO_TDLOANFUNC in a batch run.
Make sure that the Customizing settings are correct before you go live.
