Save disbursement - update only after release

Diagnosis
The disbursement cannot be posted since the release procedure is active. The disbursement must therefore be released first.
Procedure
Save the disbursement and then initiate the release procedure. You can then start the update. The function 'Post' is active because small amounts which are below the threshold value for the release procedure can be posted directly. The amount you entered exceeds the threshold value.
