Diagnosis

The IT0224 record under consideration has a Province of Residence field
which differs from the Province of Employment.

System Response

The system will create a IT0462 record using the Province of
Employment as the subtype.

For Canadian Net Payroll to run successfully for this employee, an
additional IT0462 record with the subtype equal to the Province of
Residence () is also required.

Tax information specific to is not available
in the current IT0224 record. Therefore, the system cannot
automatically generate this record.

Procedure

Create a IT0462 record using the Province of Residence as the
subtype. Populate this record with the appropriate tax data.
