Error inserting new records into database table PA0077; old records lost

Diagnosis
An error occurred when the new records where inserted in to database table PA0077.
System Response
A data inconsistency is resulting from this error. Old records for the employees with updates are deleted. The new records are not inserted into the table.
Procedure
Table PA0077 has to be recovered from the backup. Then the conversion program must be performed again.
