HRSDC software attributes not configured

Diagnosis

The HRSDC software attributes that are required for inclusion in the file header have not been configured.

System Response

Until you configure this information accordingly, the ROE Workbench will not initiate the Export process.

Procedure

Configure these attributes by executing the following Customizing for Payroll Canada (PY-CA) step:

• Reporting and Statistics
  -> Record of Employment (ROE)
      -> Record of Employment - ROE Workbench (New Version)
          -> Maintain HRSDC ROE interface settings
              -> ROE Laser Print Interface Settings
                  -> Define HRSDC ROE Laser Print file header
