Diagnosis
The ROE record for this employee did not pass HRSDC validation checks. Therefore, no valid ROE Serial Number was assigned to it.
System Response
Since this ROE record has been rejected by HRSDC, the ROE Workbench voids it.
Procedure
Determine what caused the ROE record to fail the HRSDC validation. To this end, review the log file produced by the HRSDC application ROE Laser Print, or the log information provided in the HRSDC application ROE Web. Correct the error within the system, then generate a new ROE for the employee.
