No employees valid for processing in Run ID &1

Diagnosis
Run ID contains no employees with ROE forms whose status is applicable for the process you have selected.
For example, only those ROE records whose current status is Exported are applicable for the process Import. Therefore, you cannot apply the process Import to any Run ID that does not contain an ROE record whose current status is Exported. If you attempt to do so, the ROE Workbench issues this error message.
System Response
The ROE Workbench terminates processing.
Procedure
From the ROE Workbench, select Run ID , then execute the ROE History Viewer to verify the current status of all ROE records within Run ID .
