The Expected Date Of Recall was either blank or invalid.
System Response
The ROE Workbench assigns the Expected Date Of Recall to default value .
Procedure
Verify that default value is appropriate for the newly generated ROE. If this date is not appropriate, then you must void the previously generated ROE and generate a new one with the correct Expected Date Of Recall.
