Error retrieving employee's final pay period information

Diagnosis
An error occurred when the ROE Workbench attempted to retrieve final pay period information for the employee from payroll results cluster RK.
System Response
The ROE Workbench displays an error message and rejects the employee from processing.
Procedure
Execute report RPCLSTRK to display the employee's payroll results in cluster RK and to review the employee's final pay period information.
- If you are able to execute report RPCLSTRK successfully, return to your previous activity and attempt to perform it again.
- If you are not able to execute report RPCLSTRK, report this error to your System Administrator.
