Diagnosis
Currently, an ROE is being processed in another run id for the same employee. This ROE has not been completed, so subsequent ROE forms cannot be generated.
System Response
You cannot issue a new ROE for this employee until the last ROE that you have generated is successfully completed or voided.
Procedure
The following two options are available to you:
- If you wish to keep the last generated ROE for this employee in run id , then you may ignore this message, as it is provided for informational purposes only.
- If you wish to issue a new ROE, you must first void the last generated ROE in run id , then initiate a new run id using the ROE Generator.
