Definition
If the indicator is set, the clearing items for the advance payments are also displayed.
Example:
In the standard version an advance payment request is posting as
follows:
09 J Debit posting Customer account 100 USD
19 K Credit posting Customer account 100 USD
Here, the debit posting represents the actual request, while the credit posting remains as a non-payable open item on the customer account after the debit posting has been cleared. The credit posting is only settled in the service charge settlement with the request from the settlement.
If a tenant has made a payment, the item
19 K Credit posting Customer account 100 USD
is not to be cleared, but rather the item
09 J Debit posting Customer account 100 USD
The J item is therefore a payable items, the K items are not to be displayed.
The indicator may only be set if, in the case of an exception, the K items are to be displayed. This could be necessary, for example, if the customer account is to be closed (complete clearing of all items).
