Definition

Controls whether material items are settled.

Use

If you select this field, the system lists all material items for the allocation criteria you entered.

Procedure

How you proceed depends on the type of invoice you are processing, namely an invoice for goods only, delivery costs only or for goods and delivery costs:

Goods only

Select the field by choosing Goto -> Item list. The item list appears (containing only the material items).

Delivery costs only

Do not select the field. Choose Goto -> Item list. The item list appears (containing only the delivery cost items).

Goods and delivery costs

You can enter the material items and the delivery cost items at the same time. Proceed as follows:

1. Select this indicator and the indicator for planned delivery costs.
2. Choose Goto -> Item list. The item list appears (containing the material items as well as the planned delivery cost items).
