Default value for the field represented by the parameter. The value only applies to the current user.
If you enter a value for the parameter, it is always the default value when the user displays the field.
If the user enters a new value in the field, it only applies to the current session. To use the value in the user master record again, save the parameter again.
XUVALUE18 was created to replace its predecessor XUVALUE with the same technical attributes (length 18) because XUVALUE has been increased to length 40. XUVALUE18 is used to keep BAPI structures stable.
