Definition

In Asset Accounting you can define several views for assets. You can define authorizations in the views for field groups in the asset master record.

When defining depreciation areas, you can assign authorizations for depreciation areas to the views.

These authorizations can be divided into:

• Change authorization
• Display authorization
• Authorization to copy fields without screen display when creating an asset

If the field group (the area) can be changed using this view, select the option for that.
