Definition
The object can not be assigned uniquely to a function group, i.e. transactions of various function groups encounter this object when checking authorizations. Users who have authorizations for this object can not be automatically charged to the specified function group. If the user is not allocated to any function group and is not an Infouser or enquirer/responder, then he or she is invoiced to the specified function group.
