Definition
If you set this indicator in the transaction type, the system sets the changeover year in the asset master record as soon as an appropriate acquisition is posted to the asset (changeover year = posting year). In addition, an automatic depreciation recalculation is triggered on the asset, in order to recalculate depreciation based on the changeover.
The precondition is that the depreciation key in the depreciation area has a calculation key that uses changeover method 0.
