Select this field if you want to choose update versions of authorizations or profiles.
If you do not want to make any restrictions, then you should leave both selection fields empty.

Use
Use this check box to indicate that the list of authorization profiles the system produces should only include those with maintain status. Maintain status indicates an authorization profile is not currently used by the system.
To include only maintenance status authorization profiles:
- click on the check box so that it is marked
To view profiles with active and maintain status, leave both check boxes blank.
