Select this field if you want to choose active profiles or authorizations.
If you do not want to make any restrictions, then you should leave both selection fields empty.

Use
Use this check box to indicate that the list of authorization profiles the system produces should only include profiles with active status. Active status indicates an authorization profile is currently used by the system.
To include only active status profiles:
- click on the check box so that it is marked
To view profiles with active and maintain status, leave both check boxes blank.
