Definition
Indicator: Simulation Including Last Posted Period
- If you choose "Year" as the period for analysis, the indicator has no effect.
- If you choose "Month", "Quarter" or "Half Year" as the period for analysis, the effect of the indicator is as follows:
- Not set
- In the standard system, this indicator is not set. The simulation of depreciation begins starting from the first period that is to be posted (the same as transaction AW01N on the "Posted Values" tab).
- Set
- The simulation of depreciation begins starting from the last posted period. In the last posted period, the simulated depreciation is available from the depreciation calculation and not the from the already posted depreciation from the depreciation run.
All of the simulated depreciation from previous periods resulting from the depreciation calculation is always offset against the first period of the simulation in accordance with the catch-up method.
