Definition
If you set this indicator, the scrap value or a percentage of the scrap value will be deducted from the depreciation base at the start of depreciation (you can specify the whole scrap value in the detail screen for depreciation areas in the asset master record).
Otherwise depreciation will firstly be calculated without taking into account the scrap value. Depreciation is only stopped once the cut-off value is reached.
