Definition
Indicator as to whether the parked document was saved in the status 'Complete'.
Use
- The completeness of parked documents plays an important role in the FI document completion workflow (sample workflow WS00400004). A workitem remains in an employee's inbox until one of the users marks the document as 'Complete'.
- In the FI amount release workflow for document parking, (sample workflow WS10000051), there is a wait step that waits for a parked document to be set to complete. If the document is complete, an additional account assignment approval workflow (subworkflow) is started within the amount release workflow (see also Customizing transaction OBWA). If the amount release and the account assignment approval have been completed successfully, the entire amount release workflow is completed. In the header data of the parked document the indicator Released is set and the document is posted automatically.
- The same applies to the sequential amount release workflow WS00400032 that is also delivered as standard.
Dependencies
A document can only be saved with status 'Complete' if the document balance is zero and all required fields are filled.
