Definition

Indicates whether the system issues a warning message or an error message if the field selection for the movement type differs from the field selection for the G/L account.

Use

The indicator is only used if entry of the account assignment (for example, cost center) is optional (.) for the movement type, but the G/L account field is defined either as a required-entry (mandatory) field (+) or a hidden field (-).

The indicator is used for the following error messages in Inventory Management:

• 094 ("Field mandatory in account")
• 095 ("Field hidden in account")

Procedure

• Enter X if the system is to display an error message.
• Enter nothing if the system is to display a warning message.
