Definition
Specifies whether the item has already been deleted.
Supplementary Documentation - XLOEK 0001
Use
With this indicator, you can manually earmark an item for subsequent deletion (if, for example, you do not expect any further movements in respect of this item). The actual deletion process is then performed by a reorganization program.
Supplementary Documentation - XLOEK 0002
This indicator is used for internal program control.
Please do not change the entry in this field.
Any changes made could lead to program errors or terminations.

Use
This indicator is used to activate reorganization of the reservation file (this involves the deletion of old or superfluous reservations).
If this indicator is set, the management/administration program performs the following actions:
- Flagging of items for deletion
The management program sets the deletion indicator in reservation items - that are "completed" ("final issue" indicator set or entire required quantity withdrawn), and
- whose "date required" is earlier than the date calculated by the system on the strength of the base date entered.
- Deletion of reservations
If all items of a reservation are flagged for deletion, the entire reservation is removed from the file.
Procedure
Mark this field if you want to reorganize the reservation file.
Examples
Dependencies
- If the indicator "Only completed items" has also been set, only "completed" reservation items are flagged for deletion.
- It is possible to delete only those reservations that have been entered with a certain account assignment (for instance, cost center, order, etc .). To do this, enter the account assignment (it is possible to enter a number interval) as search criterion.

Use
If a component is deleted after an order has been released, it is still displayed in the component overview. A deleted component is highlighted in color and you cannot change it.
