Definition

In Asset Accounting you can define several views of the assets.

In these views you can define authorizations relating to the field groups in the asset master records.

When defining the depreciation areas, you can allocate authorization to the views with particular reference to areas.

These authorizations can be subdivided into

• change authorization
• display authorization
• authorization to copy fields without screen display when opening an asset.

If the field group (the area) can be altered using this view, you must select this option.
