Documentation
Definition
Set this indicator, if you want the system to use not only the acquisition value when determining the replacement value, but to also index (revaluate) the value adjustments made to the asset in the past.
Example
APC: 10000
Cum. val. adj: 6000
Curr. net bk. val: 4000
When this indicator is set, the APC is increased by a revaluation of 10% to 11000, and the cumulative value adjustments (depreciation) to 6600. This means that the net book value is also increased by only 10% to 4400. If this indicator was not set, the net book value would increase to 5000.
