Use

If this indicator is set, a user can maintain an International Bank Account Number (IBAN) manually (that is, interactively in dialog) without knowing the related bank account number. If the indicator is not set, when a user manually maintains an IBAN, he must know the related bank account number (so that he enters it himself or can check whether the bank account number proposed by the system is correct).
