Definition

Indicator that the selection of items to be cleared is to be carried out automatically. This way, items are taken into consideration according to their number of days in arrears. The items with the most days in arrears are selected first of all. If there are the same number of days in arrears, then credit postings have priority over debit postings.

If the amount cannot be distributed completely, then a posting on account to the amount of the remaining amount is created.

Dependencies

If items were already set to active for clearing, these items also remain active. The remaining amount is only distributed to the items which are not yet active according to the criteria described above.
