Definition
This field is used to identify services within the European Union. The EU directive 2008/8 requires services provided within the EU area and for which the service recipient pays the VAT to be reported in the EC sales list from 2010. The relevant tax codes have EU tax code 4 (output tax) or 5 (input tax).
Possible values are:
0 = no service
1 = service
