Definition

Set this indicator, if you want to post the changes to asset values in this depreciation area as parallel currency values in Financial Accounting. The system then supplies the FI documents that are relevant to assets with the corresponding values in the currency of the depreciation area, in addition to the values in local currency. In order to be able to use this procedure, the company code has to be set up for the management of parallel currencies (in FI Customizing).

In general, this posting configuration only makes sense for the automatic posting of values in group currency or other additional currencies.
