Definition
Indicator which stipulates that the user has requested an automatic search for the items that are to be cleared.
The system attempts to find the items by means of the document number. If this is not possible, it searches for the items on the basis of the amount (if the indicator is set). During the search, the system also checks whether several open items correspond to the check amount.
If the indicator is not set, the clearing attempt is cancelled and marked as incorrect in the batch input session.
Note
If a check amount can be cleared by different combinations of open items, it is possibile that the system will select a combination you do not want in order to clear the amount.
