Definition
Indicates that an e-mail symbol is displayed in the worklist for the Planning Workbench after selection parameters have been maintained. The symbol is displayed if an e-mail address has been maintained in the master data.
Example
Your worklist contains the plant 'SAP'. You want the e-mail symbol is displayed so that you can send e-mails to the relevant plant by simply clicking on the symbol.
Prerequisites
- You must flag the "Display the e-mail address symbol" indicator in "General Settings" for the Planning Workbench.
- Enter an e-mail address in the master data for the relevant plant. This can be done as follows:
- Select transaction WB02.
- Enter the plant number and choose 'Enter'.
- Select tab page 'Address'.
- In 'Communication', enter the e-mail address in the 'E-mail' field.
Select the pushbutton to the right of the field to go to a dialog box where you can enter additional e-mail addresses. One of the addresses you enter is flagged as being the default address. The Planning Workbench always uses the default addresses.
- Save your entries.
