Definition

Indicates that a link symbol is displayed in the Planning Workbench worklist if at least one link to master data exists. The link appears after the selection parameters.

Example

Your worklist contains vendor '020000060' for purchasing organization 'R001'. You want to display a link symbol after the vendor so that you can go directly to the vendor's homepage.

Prerequisites

Before doing this, you must enter the vendor's internet address in the master data for the relevant vendor and the purchasing organization concerned. Use the following procedure to do so:

  1. Call transaction MK02 to change the customer data.
  2. Enter the vendor and the purchasing organization.
  3. Flag 'Address' in the general data box.
  4. Select 'Enter'.
  5. Go to the window for entering FTP/URL addresses by pressing the button 'More Communications Data' and then selecting communication type 'URI / URL / FTP'.
  6. Enter an internet address by selecting URI category 'HPG' and entering your internet link (for example, 'www.sap.com').
  7. Save your entries.

Now flag the 'Display the symbols for links to internet pages' indicator on tab page 'General Settings' in the Planning Workbench.
