Definition

Within a layout, a series of layout modules is determined, leading to the creation of layout areas.

Use

A layout can be assigned to each plant or department.

Within a layout, a layout module can be defined any number of times. For identification purposes it is given a sequential number within the layout.

If you have the necessary authorization, you can maintain the assignments in Customizing.

Proceed

During inbound processing of the inventory count data this field has no meaning.

During outbound processing of the physical inventory documents from the ERP system to the store, the number of the layout in which the material is placed is transferred in this field. In the case of multiple placements, the appropriate number of item segments are copied.
