Definition

You use this indicator to limit the scope of the recompilation of statistics for agency documents.

The recompilation of statistics can cover up to three different application areas, and therefore steps:

  1. The recompilation of information structures from agency documents in general
  2. The recompilation of information structures of subsequent settlement
  3. The recompilation of information structure S111 for the adjustment of agency documents

Use

If you do not select the indicator, you prevent the relevant data being updated to the Purchasing Information System even if the relevant information structure is selected on the selection screen.

Reports RWMBON08 und RWMBON38 are available for the recompilation of information structures of subsequent settlement. These reports allow an arrangement-oriented recompilation. A recompilation using report RMCENEUB only makes sense in exceptional cases.

Note that if you recompile business volume data, you usually also have to recompile incomes (reports RWMBON07 and RWMBON37).You can use report RWMBON12 for a common recompilation of business volume data and incomes.

In subsequent settlement, information structures belonging to update group 000029 are updated (S074, S015 (if active) and any customer-specific structures).

Reports RMEBEIL3, RMEBEIZ3 and RMEBEIK3 are available for the recompilation of information structure S111 for the adjustment of vendor billing documents, settlement requests and customer settlements respectively. It generally only makes sense to use report RMCENEUB if a recompilation is to be carried out that covers several application areas.
