Claim number that can be entered manually.
Use
If a warranty claim is rejected and then made again by the claimant in a different form, you can enter the number of the old claim here in the new claim and thus create a link between the two claims.
When data is transferred from legacy systems, you can use the field for the claim number in the legacy system.
