Use
The system sets this indicator if automatic check routines have found inconsistencies that hinder the further automatic processing of the warranty claim or if a warranty claim has been created manually.
You can select all claims of a user with this indicator via transaction WTYOQ Worklist - Warranty Processing and call them for manual processing.
