If, per vendor, the total base amount of payment documents containing withholding tax code 09 (direct sales) exceeds the minumum amount entered in this field, then withholding tax on direct sales is reported for the vendor.
If the total base amount is less than the amount entered here, withholding tax on direct sales is not reported.
