Definition

You use this field to filter the display of generic articles.

Use

The following options are available:

  • Hide Variants. You use this option to hide variants from the search results in the Enhanced Material Search function. The generic articles for all the corresponding variants will be fetched and shown in the existing search results.
  • Hide Generic Articles. You use this option to hide generic articles from the search results in the Enhanced Material Search function.
  • Display all Search Results. You use this option to display all the search results which are returned by the search engine in the Enhanced Material Search function.

If this setting is blank, then the value maintained in the Customizing will be used: Materials Management -> General Settings for Materials Management -> Enhanced Material Search -> Configure and Activate Enhanced Material Search with Creation.
