Definition
Defines the options that can be used to create plant data for materials used in the Enhanced Material Search function.
The options available are:
- Allow Automatic Creation. You use this option to automatically create plant data (MARC table) and listing data (WLK1 data) for the selected materials and plants in a retail system. Plant data are also created for the reference plant of the given application, as well as for the reference plant configured for the distribution chain.
- No Automatic Creation. You use this option to indicate that no plant data should be created for selected materials when adding them to the application. An error message is displayed.
- Creation of Plant Data via BAdI. You use this option to invoke BAdI BADI_WSD_CREATE_PLANT_DATA to implement a customer-specific behavior for creating plant and listing data for selected materials.
Use
Maintain the option in Customizing by choosing Materials Management -> General Settings for Materials Management -> Enhanced Material Search -> Configure and Activate Enhanced Material Search with Creation.
