Definition

Defines how a user selects search results in order to transfer them to an application.

Use

There are two options available:

  • Enter the order quantity (optional), mark the line(s) and add to an application

    When using this option the order quantity is set to 1 by default. This allows a user to simply mark the desired result lines, and add the selected lines to the application.

    In case a different order quantity is desired, it has to either be entered for the desired search results lines before marking them, or changed for the transferred items in the application. When choosing Add to application, the material number, order quantity, order unit and plant of the marked lines are transferred to the application.

  • Enter order quantity and add to application

    When using this option the order quantity is set to 0 by default. A user has to enter a quantity greater than 0 for the desired result line(s). When choosing Add to application, the material number, order quantity, order unit and plant of the lines with an order quantity greater than 0 are transferred to the application. It is not necessary to subsequently mark the lines.
