Definition

Controls default values for purchase order generation.

Use

  • Generate All Items

    If the system initially cannot generate a purchase order, it filters out the items that contain errors. It then calls the purchase order generation with the items that were free of errors again. The system attempts to generate the items three times. If generation fails, the system terminates processing.

    This type of processing may increase runtime.

  • Generate Complete Purchase Orders Only

    The systemonly posts those purchase orders for which it was able to generate all items without errors.

  • Only All Purchase Orders for an Allocation Table

    The systemonly posts the purchase orders that belong to a particular allocation table if it was able to generate all purchase orders/purchase order items for this allocation table without errors.

You can change these options in the selection screen for follow-on document generation.
