Documentation
Definition
Indicator which shows if a price family is active.
Use
In price family calculation, a difference is made between active and inactive price families. Only active price families are taken into account in the sales price calculation according to the settings you have maintained. Inactive price families are used for planning new price families or changing existing ones.
During price family maintenance, you activate the price family explicitly in a corresponding function.
Dependencies
A material with a certain sales unit can only exist in an active price family to avoid inconsistencies in sales price maintenance.
