Definition
Indicator for controlling the output of the overview screen for physical inventory documents.
Use
If you select a function on the initial screen for Physical Inventory in SAP Retail Store, an overview of all the physical inventory documents that were selected is displayed on the left-hand side of the next screen.
For clarity, you may want to hide this overview or reduce its size. You have the following options:
- You can always display the overview.
- You can reduce the size of the overview by pressing a button.
In the overview, the physical inventory numbers are displayed, but the status of the individual documents is no longer displayed.
You can enlarge the overview again.
- You can use buttons to hide and show the overview.
- You can display the overview on a separate screen.
The items in the document are only displayed for processing if you select a physical inventory document from the overview. After processing, the screen containing the overview is displayed again.
