Definition
Period that is to be relevant for the automatic creation of input help "Physical inventory number" field.
Use
Enter the number of months that corresponds to the required periods, starting with the current date, and going back to a date in the past.
When you start the Physical Inventory component of the SAP Retail Store, the system determines all physical inventory numbers that occurred in the store in this period. These physical inventory numbers then used as the input help, with the most recent coming first.
If you leave the field blank, the system automatically determines all physical inventory numbers from the last two years. The default value for this field is therefore 24.
Example
If you enter the value "12", the system includes all the physical inventory numbers from the past year in the input help. The most recent physical inventory number is displayed first.
