Definition

Indicates that it is possible to enter the reason for the difference when the physical inventory differences are posted.

Use

If you select this indicator, the "Reason for Difference" field is included in the item table for the "Edit differences" function. As a result, for each item, you can enter the reason for the difference in physical inventory by selecting a value from the input help. The reason for the difference is flagged as the reason for the movement in the material document, which is included when the difference is posted.
