Definition
Indicates that a price analysis and ROI calculation will only be performed for the material/plant combinations that have a valid listing on the from-date of the analysis.
Use
The indicator has no functional effect on the results of the investment buying requirements analysis. It can, however, be a good idea to run this check to improve program performance. You can expect an improvement in runtime if only part of the whole assortment is listed in the plants selected. If, however, the whole assortment is listed in the plants selected, the extra listing check can increase runtime.
The combinations investigated in the investment buying requirements analysis are determined on the basis of purchasing info records. It only checks whether a material can be ordered from a certain vendor, however it does not check whether the material can also be ordered from a certain plant. If there is a cross-plant purchasing info record, the material can therefore, in theory, be procured from all the plants.
