Definition
The WKA method is used in the Netherlands for the WKA chain liability posting procedures. The WKA method contains the following information:
- WKA percentage rate for tax amounts, given by the Dutch government, describing the tax rate of wages in case that a posting needs to be done to the locked account of a sub-contractor
- Payment Block Key, used to block payments of sub-contractors whose WKA certificates are invalid.
- Partner Bank Type, used for locked sub-contractor accounts.
